Opti I did initially have adblocker installed but the computer guy told me to disable any add-ons and extensions to try to isolate if that was the issue. If El Nino and I are the only ones having the problem of SBR using a lot of resources though, maybe it's just a problem on our end.

Right now I'm on Firefox but I've had the same issue with Chrome and IE. I was getting so many dead pages with Chrome that I've finally given up on it today. At least Firefox will eventually open the page and complete the action for me. I'm going to bring my laptop back to the store today and see if one of their tech guys can do something to help me out because if there's a fix for this I sure don't know what it is now.

If it happens in all browsers, and its a new laptop, I'd be thinking about doing a full windows re-install in case it's a corrupt or missing system file. Just to rule that out. Shop should be happy to do that free too.
