I had an account with Playerssuperbook which was one of BOS books. I spoke with CRIS and they said they are only honouring "major brands" I looked at their link to this and it says BOS family of brands will be honoured. THis is horse s***. COuld you give them your two cents possibly about either bailing out all non-us BOS customers no matter what book of theirs they were with

Just wanted to update my little panic. It took a while but Betcris did figure everything out and my playerssuperbook balance was credited and set up as a betcris account. Feel bad for all the American citizens on this site. Hats off to betcris and wish all the best for us residents in this mess
