    VIP.com payouts
    Hi,

I've been reading these boards for a couple of years. They have been very informative. I never had a need to register and post until now.

I recently signed up with VIP.com . They are an A+ book, so I wanted to give them a try. I'm also with Betcris, which has been really good so far as well.

Anyway, I have been placing some NFL bets with VIP the last few weeks. One day I was bored, so I gave their casino a try. I won 4k on video keno. I was psyched. In the end, after a few more football bets and some more online games, I was down to 2k. I figured I'd cash out.

When I went to cash out, everything seemed fine at first. I used *******, so the money had to go back there (which is fine). Anyway, it is now 72 hours since my request and I have not got paid.

I talked to live chat yesterday and they said my payout is on hold while they review my account. I got nervous. I was wondering what they were reviewing. I didn't do anything wrong.
The live chat person said to call them today on the phone at 9 AM and they would explain.

I called today and spoke with someone from the payout team. She told me they just had to verify the payout with the casino manager, and make sure everything with ******* matched up. She said "bear with us". She made it seem like this was a formality.

My question to all of you is....Is this normal? When a new customer wins a decent amount of money do they have to review your account and make sure everything is ok? Or is this typical procedure for payouts as high as 2k?

I don't know. I'm just wondering, because I am starting to get concerned. I never had any problem with Betcris. Even Sportsbook.com has paid me faster than VIP is (assuming I get paid). Granted, I never had a 2k payout before, but it still just seems weird for an A+ book is all.

    I appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

    Tony

Write Bill on this at assistance@sportsbookreview.com. "Audits" should not delay payouts at A+ books. They can be done very quickly and they do not need to cause a delay.

Thanks John. I appreciate the feedback.
I'll email him with it, and see what he has to say.

Yes, you did something wrong, you won money. If you have read these forums then you know VIP is not rated A+. At least not by the players that have had their accounts closed for winning a few bucks. When you read on the forums of the complaints about VIP, what did you think? That won't happen to me?

        The posters are the watchdogs.

Bill Dozer must be god himself. 1 hour after he replied to my email saying he'd look into it, I was paid.

I mean, maybe they would have paid me anyway, but I have to give it up for SBR_John for the tip to email Bill, and Bill himself for the fast response. These guys are class acts.

Since VIP did pay me, I'll use them again in the future, but I may just stick with BetCris for the time being.

Thanks again guys for all your help!! I can breath easier now.

            tbones,

            bill is a powerful man...

this should be a warning sign in playing with VIP...VIP is fine, as long as you don't plan on actually winning...lol...they don't like winning players whatsoever...

Well, the money is now in my bank account. I made the withdrawal with ******* late Friday afternoon. It was in my bank account this morning.

This is about the same speed as Neteller (Monday was a holiday here, so things may have been slowed down just a bit). This makes me wonder why some people are having problems with *******. Is it just because Bill got involved that VIP made sure ******* did this quick for me?
I mean after this, I am liking *******. I don't know. I'll probably go back to Neteller for a while just to be safe, but ******* seems fine.

Also, pags11, here is the main reason for my reply to you.
I was just wondering when you say "warning sign" with VIP. Does this mean they will fix their casino gambling software so I lose for sure from now on? The reason I ask is, I really like their casino arm a lot so far (their sportsbook is ok, but I like Cris and Dimes better). I mean, yeah I won, but I actually like the wide array of casino games.

I'm just wondering if I should find a new site for casino games now (especially since I went to Bill with my complaint). Maybe I'm being paranoid, but you are the second person who is kind of warning me about VIP.

What does VIP have to do to get a downgrade from SBR?

That begs the question... did they ever take action to begin with?

                      tbones,

VIP took money out of my account without notification last year...ultimately after Bill talked to them they credited it back, but I just think they are a book that doesn't like winning players...whatever you show consistency at in winning, they will limit you...just be careful bro...
