As you may have noticed, the forum was offline for a period. We identified a security incident to Sportsbook Review Forum and took the site offline as a containment step while we investigated.
We wanted to make sure the system and site were restored and secured before bringing things back online and you will see that we are requiring all forum users to reset their password as a precautionary step.
If you have any questions, our moderators are around and happy to help where they can.
There were some requests for a forum for all, but only, picks. It hasn't been used much. We are getting more picks than ever in the league forums.

Bill, I think it was a fine thing to try, but honestly, seems to be a double dipping that isn't really catching on amounting to much. At this moment, I'd vote to remove.
Thanks

Bill,
The forum isnt a bad idea but if you are gonna make it effective you should only allow players to posts there plays in that forum. So when people start threads in Players Talk(with picks), they should be moved to that forum - NOT JUST LINKED. Isnt that the purpose?
If not, then scrap it along with the service plays forum.

What will InTheHole do for a living now if you scrap it?
Billy,
I suggest renaming it the "Paid Posters" forum and assign jjgold et al as VIP moderators.

That's one way we could go and it could work but we like PT as the catch-all with the board broken down by groups below. But, it looks like posters rather see it by sport than straight picks.

I wouldn't ever use it, personally. I do like the service plays forum, however. There are a few services that I like to track how they moved lines on their respective games.

haven't been there.....
I think most posters are not gonna change their habits, so unless you try the forum out for the avg lifespan of an above avg poster, you won't see much posting there.... but in 1 year, it might

Replace it with a cricket forum. We can talk about Manny being the next big cricket player.
