Dortmund didn't really field a full strength team in that 4-0 loss to Liverpool as they had an eye on this game vs Bayern. Also, they were 2-0 after just 14 minutes so unsurprising that they just played out the rest of the game without too much exertion as it was after all only a friendly.

Bayern on the other hand have said they will be fielding a weaker team due to the number of players that are not back up to full fitness yet after the world cup.

They may well go on to win anyway, but with a team that obviously wants to win this trophy (Dortmund) vs a team that is only half up to speed I would want a much bigger much bigger price than +120 on the half-fit team personally.
