Parlay to earn a bit of extra cash, what do you think?

So I'm thinking about parlaying:
UCONN ML -700
Duke -340

and maybe adding
OKL - 300
and Memphis -500

Thoughts? With just UCONN and Duke I'm getting about 4:9 or something. But I don't see any of these teams losing. Thoughts?
