I had no problems with the Pig, they offered my a 25% cash bonus with a 7x rollover. I ran up quiet a balance there, and my limits never were cut (i always did bet the max on a line).

Have received several Neteller payouts within 2 hours (i didnt check the time exactly).

The juice there is standard -110 and they have sorta sharp lines, but if you dont mind that the bonus is good.
Can recommend playing there.

So its only -110 and no dimeline on MLB.
