    Looking Good From Behind
The US government hasn't even asked the crew at SBR to bend over but they're grabbing their ankles anyway.

Someone with even the smallest set of gonads is going to take your marketshare, gents!

    Gonads. lol.

Just had a revelation. In the now legendary tale the Germans in WWII thought the American said "Go Nutz!" Nobody knew what that meant, but it was catchy.

    Mystery solved, gentlemen.

I must be missing something. Does removing links (advertising) to the sportsbooks somehow lower SBR's integrity? Seems just the opposite to me.

If the content is unchanged and SBR is slightly removed from the books they are supposed to be reviewing in an unbiased fashion, that might be a good thing.

It may be overreacting, but it doesn't lower my opinion of SBR in any way.

I think it raises the integrity more, owners of EOG, MW and other forums are going to end up jail for letting Americans indirectly sign up players at illegal sportsbooks.

Johnny wants to stay out of jail

        Great Move

It's a decision that is being made not based on integrity, but instead as a reaction to wildcat legislation. Instead of taking a stand in support of the industry and bettors that brought them their level of success, SBR has decided to alter their product and bow down to some absurd notion that the government will come after a watchdog group that has solid legal standing to collect its revenues in the same manner it always has.

It's not a question of the final product; it's a question of the impetus behind it.

I understand that, JJ. Me and you are real good friends but that doesn't keep me from being mad at John for not leading the movement against this bogus crapola. He's built a great platform that could really make a difference and he's saying, "No thanks."

I'm a huge SBR fan, but I do think they are being a bit hasty here...
