Honestly France/Germany is an absolute coin flip. Handicap it all you want, its not gonna help.
Both teams are capable for putting up 3-4 goals, both teams are also capable of being held scoreless.
Most would say Germany has better talent, most would agree France has played better so far.

The smart bet, in my opinion, is to throw some money on a tie, only because it pays well and thats what the game starts off as and we know both teams aren't gonna wanna make mistakes and fall behind early.
