like I said in my post, if dude was promoting posting talking about looking, or anything about gay porn the he should be banned and thrown in jail and you know his ass would love it in there. ) ).)<------8 If they banned him under the pretense that he posted naked pictures of grown dudes then he's just wierd and sick but should still be reinstated. I figure for such an uproar a reading of terms and conditions as well as his e-mail would be in order. But i dont care about the dude personally but the t&c should apply just as with any book... and if they are underage they have proof of it and they are obviously aware of the situation then I think the mods have to report it. A dirty world for a dirty shmirk...

He wasn't promoting anything. from my understanding someone lost an avatar bet and he made them put the pic up. It's a pic that has caused turmoil here before. The models look really young and people don't want to see that....understandable. But, if it was a bet and someone else was made to put up the avatar, it's dumb.
