This law states that if you are in violation of it you may be jailed for up to 5 years and fined. Now does that apply to the owners of a gaming and money transaction sites only, or does that apply to anyone who uses one of these sites to gamble and transfer money?

#2It definitely applies to site owners if they don't comply with in the laws. as far as the players go, I believe it's a touch and go type situation.Comment -

#3I read the bill, but I'm finding it difficult to know who they are talking about. If this is just going after owners, I will just keep my neteller balance low and forget about it. If they are going to be checking EFT tranfers and check deposits coming from these sites and then coming after us I believe my gambling days are over. I hope that is not the case, but I am becoming more and more concerned!Comment -
