    Moneybookers is an Empty Company?
I have a BIG issue with moneybookers... I recently upload fund to moneybookers using the eNETs method. Its an instant credit method. But during the upload, there was an error and the fund was not credited. But money have been deducted from my bank account.

I tried to contact moneybookers but it was just IMPOSSIBLE to reach them. I tried to call them but was put on hold for 35mins.. and it cost 0.25 Pence/min as stated on their website. I gave up and start emailing them. I've heard of horror stories about Moneybookers and it happens to be true.. now the question is.. Is moneybookers an 1 man operation company or what?

Moneybookers is indeed very bad on the CS. So yes, at an occasion when something goes wrong with a deposit you have a long wait ahead of you, but for the time there are no errors Moneybookers is the best online banking system around.

unlike neteller, moneybookers doesn't screw you over on exchange rates. unlike moneybookers, neteller doesn't have very low limits on the amount of money that can be transferred. both fit the needs of a different type of player, and both are far from perfect.

Yes Pags11, IMO better then Neteller, although both are good.

And to noyb: if you can show to Moneybookers that you gamble alot, they might remove the limits. I have no limits at all on my account, got the status of a "professional gambler" by Moneybookers.

I use Moneybookers and Instadebit. Because these accounts are fairly new I have limits lower than I like. My solution is to deposit via Western Union to my Bet365 sportsbook account, Bet365 absorbs the cost for transfers over $300USD, I can then transfer to my Moneybookers account as Bet365 doesn't allow Western Union withdrawals, of course I play a little of the money with Bet 365, mostly hockey.

sounds like a lot of non-U.S. players use moneybookers...
