4.355 units in the black on pre-game bets after backsliding a bit the last two days. Still getting my ass kicked on pre-game bets since the middle of May, though. Live betting is key in this sport, but no point in even mentioning that as no one can tail, nor do they care.
Content with my World Cup results so far, considering I bet too many games and it's my worst sport other than hockey from a gambling standpoint. My losing streaks in soccer are unmatched, though, so maybe that is still my worst sport when it comes to capping. Still so much for me to learn about the game, but I was able to finish the European season up 21 units, so it gives me confidence that I am making progress as a soccer bettor.
Just sucks that I am so hot and cold in this sport, but it forces me to practice discipline and patience. It's important to vent my frustration in a proper way (instead of tilting or upping the stakes), trust myself by sticking with it and wait for that hot streak to come.
MLS is back, though, so I'll probably be looking at more Ls than Ws in the near future.
