I signed up with creditwagering a week ago, and within two days was up 1000. Since as a credit customer, this was the max I could be up, I stopped wagering until my account was cleared sunday night. Monday morning, I requested a 1000 debit card. On Monday I proceeded to lose 850 dollars. I got an email this morning that since I've lost more than 80 percent of my balance, my withdrawal request was denied, since it's pointless for them to send me money when I will have to send it right back the following week. I was extremely upset, because 1. This rule was not anywhere on their website, and 2., I've gone on much bigger rushes to turn 150 into 1000. I initiated a live chat, and I was pretty pissed off, and they said that a manager would call me. Five minutes later, I got a call from Ben, and I told him that someone should have explained this to me when I made a withdrawal. He said that I'm a new customer, and this is their policy, and they learn alot about their customers in situations like this. I said that I have money in other books, and that I can turn the 150 remaining in my balance into 1000, and I should not be forced to settle until the week ends. I told him at the very least they should have lowered my withdrawal to a smaller amount. He asked me what that amount should be, and I said that I think 400 would be fair. He said "How about 500". I obviusly said ok, and since they already sent out the debit cards, he told me that he would moneygram me the money, and cover the fees. We spoke for an addition 20 minutes, and he is a great guy. Within 30 minutes, I had a moneygram reference number, and picked up the money. That is a class act. Obviously if I am down, I am going to settle up, but I was taking them for a test drive, and I cannot be more impressed. Great Work for them. I was skeptical at first when I signed up, but now I'm sold.

#7Shitty book. Horrible lines, rude customer service, delayed payouts. I would play to A+ book like BetJamaica, The Greek, Bookmaker, 5 Dimes where I know I can get paid on time. They also have great bonuses.Comment -

I had Toulouse/Lille Under 2 in French Cup Soccer and get graded as a push. Both goals were scored in overtime as you can see LiveScore.com. Fukkin crooks at bookmaker/diamond is what's wrong with sportsbooks today.

Prior to first withdrawal credit only customers must wager 3X their credit limit in the Sportsbook. (Post up customers and customers who have previously settled with CW, wager requirements do not apply.)
It's 5X of the 15% Bonus if you made a Deposit ... to the best of my knowledge.Comment -

Withdrawals
To stop customers from posting up funds to increase their Gambling Line of Credit then withdrawing funds that were just deposited, there is a 5x rollover requirement for the Sportsbook, Racebook or Lottery Room and a 10x rollover requirement for the Casino prior to withdrawing the deposit amount that increased the Gambling Line of Credit (wagers on craps and roulette are excluded from rollover). You can not withdraw the deposit amount or bonus for 30 days, however you can withdraw all winnings. Sportsbook rollover calculation is based on the lesser of the risk amount or the win amount. Wagering on both sides of the same game do not apply to rollover calculation.Comment -
