Pags there use to be walk up places in CR years ago when I use to run some shit there. They took cash bets.
I think the places are gone now, Pags let me know if you ever want to go to CR, I will introduce you to all the big boys and we can go out with them and bull shit and then late at night we will get hookers and bang them on the balcony over looking the water.
