Pitt Had Big Win Last Night
This team really play hard and came up with a huge win but Benny might be hurt with a bad knee.

I still think Pitt can win without Benn as they have that type of team that does not rely heavy on passing.

Cowher is one of best coaches in the game

He has been for a long time. I'm not a Steelers fan, but have always liked him.

Any coach that can take teams with garbage QBs like Kordell Stewart and O'Donnell and a rookie QB to afc championships and SB is a great coach

Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger suffered a hyperextended left knee and a bone bruise, it was discovered after an MRI this morning. He has not been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Steelers coach Bill Cowher said today during his weekly news conference.
Roethlisberger's injuries occurred with 1:05 remaining in Monday night's 24-22 victory over the San Diego Chargers, when his left knee buckled following a hit by Chargers defensive tackle Luis Castillo. Roethlisberger was helped from the field after the play and didn’t return to the game.

Cowher also said backup quarterback Tommy Maddox's calf injury has healed faster than expected, and he could practice Wednesday and be available for Sunday’s game.

Charlie Batch is the only uninjured quarterback on the Steelers' roster. The team signed former Pitt and Perry Traditional Academy quarterback Rod Rutherford to the practice squad as insurance.
