So it's the conclusion of UVA-Ole Miss at 3pm ET. Then Vandy-Texas at 8pm ET. Should be French for UT and Fulmer for Vanderbilt. Would not expect the total to be more than 6.5, but thinking more like 6. Still thinking Under for that one as well.

Big question for me is hedging my Vanderbilt +400 to win the CWS future. Have to wait and see what the line is. Vanderbilt should still be a favorite, but I don't think they will be more than -150 if that.

6.5 total on Vanderbilt-Texas. It is confirmed Fulmer vs. French. Vandy is -120, Texas +100. Probably going to take hedge on Texas to protect my Vanderbilt future. Think the Under 6.5 is the way to go still. Two solid pitchers and outside of Miller who pitched 7.1 to save the rest of the Vandy pen last game ... both teams should have a full array of relievers.

Lower Vandy price a result of yesterday or just two pretty evenly matched teams with good pitching? Took Vandy small yesterday with the thought of going back in today since I have been going with them all tourney long, any reason to change my thought process? I figure at the very least I won't take a bath in juice if they lose.

Yeah I think they should be a bigger favorite, but you're right - books adjusted and have a lot of previous game's results it seems which does not make a lot of sense in this setting. Pitching is fairly even although I think Fulmer is more dominant than French. I'd take Vanderbilt's offense any day. Thornhill for UT yesterday was jsut a beast and one of the more underrated pitchers in the NCAA despite his #s.

Another early inning where the Over could have been busted early - but wasn't. Seems like once the pitcher's settle in, the runs b.ecome pretty scarce. So we got Virginia already in the Championship Series with its pitching aligned perfectly.

Both of these teams still playing are going to have to shuffle some things after Game 1 of the Final Series. Expect Virginia to open as a favorite against either.

Vanderbilt vs. Virginia for the title. Best of 3 to start Monday. UVA should have the title in their hands. Their pitching is set up perfectly. Vanderbilt I would guess go with Beede and Buehler in the first two. If they get to a third, they'd probably have Fulmer available for some innings again. UVA gets set up perfectly with their normal rotation Kirby, Waddell and then Sborz if needed. Should be a good final series.

Kirby for sure for UVA on Monday. Vandy deciding on Buehler or Beede. My opinion will depend on who is chosen there. It's a Catch-22. Buehler has been better, but do you start him first knowing that the confidence of Beede is low to start a potential elimination game in Game 2? Or do you start Beede in Game 1, hope for the best and know Buehler can bail you out in Game 2? Buehler starting lends me to look Under, Beede and I would think Over perhaps or UVA ML. We'll see the decision tomorrow. Should be a fun series. Holding the Vandy +400 to win it all, so no need to do anything yet.

Virginia theoretically has the best chance to win because their pitching is set in regular order ... Something Karmatic with Vandy though. They keep finding a way even when they aren't the best team necessarily. Also the ACC has not had a national champ since 1955 if you believe in curses.

Gonna ride the Under @ 7. Unders hit so far in 9/13. Championship Series usually scarce for runs since moving ng to TD Ameritrade. Intriguing though with UVA all Unders this tourney and Vandy sporting two of the three OVERs.

I'll take this for my Vandy future though, but I think UVA just blew this game. How on earth do you leave a guy in to walk FIVE batters in one inning and I mean not even close on the counts.

Ace or not, terrible decision IMO. You have a great bullpen, use it.
