Bookmaker won't give me my bracket entry

I also made a deposit for this superbowl promo, it was 20%, a free bracket entry and some poker tourney. I thought they were going to make it easy to get but apparently it was a phantom promo...

FYI...Went on to live chat and this is what I got...

CS - Vicky: In reference to your query the bonus was for deposits of $100 or more.
CS - Vicky: 25% Free Play + One Free Entry to Our $1000 Weekly Invitational Poker tourney + One Free Early Bird Entry to Our 2009 March Maddness Bracket Contest.
Larry: okay and if they deposited $100, then they should have no problem receiving the free brackets?
CS - Vicky: If they requested the bracket yes, there should not be a problem
Larry: if they requested the bracket when? At the time of deposit or a few days before the tourney started? CS - Vicky: At the time of the deposit.

So my question to boner and Slim is...did you guys deposit at least $100 and if so, did you request the brackets and poker tickets shortly thereafter?

thats ridiculous, i mean do they already have the brackets ready in january?

is bookmaker physic? does bookmaker have inside info on who's going to be what seed and who's winning the conference tourneys?

I did deposit more than $100 and explicitly asked for the 25% bonus... Didn't ask for the poker tourney or the brackets. Didn't ask for the tourney b/c I can't use their software on my Mac and didn't ask for the bracket entry b/c it was January. Gonna ask them for it now will report what happens...

I still have 0 bracket entries and they graded one of my wagers wrong today too. Had Toulouse/Lille Under 2 in french cup soccer and they graded it a push. Final score was 1-1 but both goals scored in overtime. Unreal. LiveScore.com

Bookmaker keeps going downhill. They definetely need a downgrade but Dozer keeps getting those fat envelopes from them every month so its not going to happen. Funny how no mods responded to this thread.

lol i used bookmaker before i knew any better. lines stink, only plus side is they let u sink big bets, ur money is safe, and the lines are up as quick as any1.
