I think the short answer is yes. They usually either don't take it very seriously, or they're too aggressive as if trying to prove something. Of course there are exceptions.

i watch this all the time and when someone cuts me off, or doesn't put flasher for turning, or goes very slow on 1st lane, or does something very stupid.i say to myself all the time, i bet it's a woman.. and here is what i see, i swear.

8% very old person
7% chinese (and i'm not being racist, they are terrible drivers)
