AC hurts both teams yes, but if you KNOW basketball you'd know the Heats biggest advantage is their athletism. Speed, quickness, steals, fast break, all of that is mitigated if you're exhausted from heat. Yes both teams are effected BUT the Spurs want to play slow and the Heat want nothing to do with the half court game. Spurs cheated for sure. Pat Riley needs to take notice and take this shit to the next level in Miami.

Its all about depth, the Spurs have the depth to deal with adverse conditions, the Heat do not. Similar to the SA/OKC series, just more pronounced due to lack of AC

It was 89 degrees by the thermometer on the floor. That's hot but it's not unusual. Try playing on a football field in 110 degree heat, unshielded by the sun. I do find it ironic that these rich NBA players aren't use to playing without AC since grade school. Most of the young kids today are being brought up in AAU and are not use to playing in the park among the elements. We're in a different age for sure. Old school players would not have had a problem tonight.
