those don't work at some books.. they don't work on mine.. they have to be in your name or a reloadable that makes you get it under your name..

the ******** all access reloadable works EVERYWHERE. of course you get it in your name/address and it costs $2 to load up to 2k atleast. 9.95 to get it and they give you a temp card that works instant and mails you 1 with your name. you can even transfer funds from your paypal too. card is a+++

bookmaker is so loose with cards, i bet your bank debit card would work

All Access Gift **** cards will not work with us sir, you should try any other brand for the deposit. Master Card prepaids usually do not work at all.
