#5You can do whatever the book lets you do, but most won't let you do this. If they have a bonus at all opens them up to bonus whores. Also who is the ultimate athority on an account if no persons name is listed?Comment -

#6At the very least, you probably won't be eligible for any type of bonus. In the end, you'll probably still have to have a name attached to the account.
