In your other thread you said you hate betting against Wainwright and you were making a small wager for "degenerate action", it's not like it was your play of the day. Now its 2-0 you're over here saying "No reason to back them -165 vs anyone" "obscene number" You barely wanted to make the wager in the first place, i'd say there's some "capt hindsight" in your comments. You weren't nearly as certain in your statements before the game started.

I don't ever make a wager if I don't like the number that's being offered. You can argue over semantics all you want, but the bottom line is you're paying a pretty penny here for a St. Louis team that has struggled to stay over .500. Yes, -165 is an obscene number on the road given all of that. Wainwright is struggling, as everyone does from time to time -- even the best. Cubs have already done well against him once this year. I'm sorry if that means you believe there is a "fix" here. Hope the Cardinals win by one for you.
