MSU is one of the few teams in the country that play Defense! and Minnys Zone was great today! MSU will be a 1 seed if they win the big ten tourny! They played an insane OCS and they havent had a full lineup all year! They are an elite 8 team!

If they are a #1 seed then a #16 has a good chance because they will be the weakest of the 1's. I just can't see a team that scores 60 points a game and I really can't get over the 35 point route UNC put on them. They might handle the Big 10 but that conference is way down, they would get handled in the ACC or Big East and that UNC game was proof they aren't in the same league

They also lost to maryland early..... they also beat texas and crushed OK st. early games are tough to judge. UNC game suton wasnt playing and they were playing like a young team. PLUS UNC OWNS MSU!!!!! I will not argue that!!!!
Look at MSU in the NCAA since 1999 they are soild no matter where they are in the bracket! (minus 04 losing to NEV 06 to George Mason) Izzo knows how to win and they are good enough to go far. more in a second haha

I think they can compete in the Big East and ACC (Mich played with UCONN and split with Duke, Lvill lost to minny, Marq beat Wisco by 3, OSU beat ND)... MSU is one big ten that can score and play defense. Does MSU go through scoreing droughts YES, but not as bad as years passed with ager davis and brown (that was UGLY) But I think they would be in the top 5 in the big east and top 4 in the ACC every year! Big Ten just gets no credit becasue they are a defensive league! Period! but it is what it is just keep hating on them

MSU is a solid basketball team..... don't think how many points per game you avg matters as long as you are holding your opponents offense to way less points on avg..
