I used to have a GF who was a teacher, and she told me all the best ones. I can't remember most of them now, but one I do remember was "Yahighness". I don't know how it was spelled, but it was pronounced like "your highness", except the "your" was pronounced "ya". So the name was "Yahighness" and that's what she had to call the kid.
