They will never have big time volume mainly because American Bettors just do not bet this way and historically will not stray to far from traditional american wagering. Matchbook will rarely attract the square players which make up 80% of the betting market.

You're going to get a wide range of answers. I got one in about two weeks about six months ago. There are people complaining that it has taken six weeks or more for theirs to arrive. I wish I knew what the average was, but they don't disclose that.
I think the consensus is that MB isn't slow paying, but they have as big an issue with payment processing as anyone. You shouldn't deposit there unless you're prepared to be patient when it comes to your withdrawal.
Also they do free transfers to Olympic, Bet Jamiaca, and 5 Dimes which will pay you after a roll-over, and maybe a little faster since they don't have the volume.
Bottom line is that the new commission structure is a great deal, but go into depositing with your eyes open.
