Yesterday the mets were up 9-0 in the 5th inning vs the 4-12 AZ diamondbacks and had the pitcher bunt to sacrifice a runner to 2nd. I know it was only the 5th but AZ hasn't scored nine in a game all year never mind 1/2 a game. I wouldn't have been shocked if AZ hit a met batter afterwards but they did nothing. Mets went on to win 9-0 and today 5-2 to sweep the three game series as a +125 or more underdog in all three games outscoring AZ 21-5 in the series.

at everyone complaining...just fade them and thank the books for +125 and +135 lines. This Dbacks team is headed towards Rockies territory. I'd have to look it up, but the Dbacks' starting pitching prob doesn't have more than 2 quality starts this season. They are chased by the 4th or 5th. Bullpen gets over worked and is dead by the end of the series. When you need 6, 7, and 8 runs to win games, it's going to be a long stretch here. Then you're going to have the fire Gibby and Towers push before the All-Star Break. Team is going to have a very long season.
