dysphoria, let me know if you would prefer I start my own thread for these, or if your cool that I keep throwing them in here....So i decided I would start sharing the spreadsheet I put together each morning to start how I analyze games......I look at the matchup's and start times, and guess what I think the lines will be set at based on my research, eye-test, etc......After completed, I look what the actual lines have been set at....From here, I make sure there are no weird injuries I need to account for, and then try and capitalize on things before any lines adjust too much.....Attached is my spreadsheet for the day.....

These are how I come up with my most advantageous 4 team, 10 point teasers....2-1 yesterday, 14-2 over last two weeks, will be posting a few plays soon

Not a part of my teaser plays, but will share my single bets as well.....these are also 1 unit each, same as I play on the teasers....

I try not to incorporate Over/Unders into my teasers, as I feel it is less valuable because of the combined point totals getting 10 points vs. giving one team an extra 10 points to cover a spread....I will occasionally add them in if I feel really good about it, but for the most part, my teasers will all be point spreads....

Teaser plays include 4 Team - 10 Point teasers and a 3 Team - 8 Point teaser (these are "trackable" on a few forums on SBR, 14-2 overall)

2. Heat +14.5, Raptors -1, Bulls -1.5, OKC +2.5 (some lines shifted between bets)

I have not technically posted my ATS and O/U bets and had records saved on this site, as I am relatively new to SBR.....YTD in NBA, sitting at 56% winning ATS (179-140-11) and 55% O/U (154-127-8) from my personal tracking....Will start to track here now if this is something deemed necessary by others, otherwise I am fine leaving this out, as this is not my thread, and I certainly do not claim to be a professional or senior handicapper....The NBA is simply a passion of mine, I watch 95% of the games played, do a few hours of research a day, and feel I can find profit long-term...By no means do I make a career out of sports betting, simply a big time hobby of mine....with that being said, other plays for me tonight include....
