The first team to score 100pts in one of these tournaments will truly impress me. So-far I have only seen sub-par or tight performances. Where is the team that is not affected by "THE BIG SHOW"?

Seriously, I realize that good teams score points. But making a statement like this rather than talking about scoring margin is absurd. Know which teams score a lot of points? Teams that have a lot of possessions in 40 minutes.
