    Stock forum?
Handicapping stocks and portfolios is very similar to handicapping teams, although the information is more available in sports.

Are many people here interested in discussing stocks?

Very few, its best to put a stock thread in the main hall to break up the gambling talk a little.

Stock trading is for insiders only unless you buy and hold.

The day traders that have inside info will chew you alive if you think your going to grind out money on a weekly basis.

Your best bet is Leap Contracts (options) that stocks you like. You do not need a lot of money and limited losses.

I might be interested in daily DJ ups and downs. Those can be traded at Tradesports. Stocks themselves don't interest me. At all.

The daily trading of the dow whether up or down is ok but again more of a guess and always based on world events/news.
