This is a team that is very athletic and they ain't scared of anybody. Let's be realistic here; there is no clear cut best team. Anybody can beat anybody.

Why is that? Stanford is nowhere near as good defensively as Syracuse or Ohio State. I get the fact that it IS Stanford playing Dayton but every year there is a team that makes a run like Dayton, except Dayton has a guy who isn't afraid to take control of a game and he is very good at it. I'll give you OSU but Syracuse wasn't good defensively. Don't let the scores of their games fool you, it was only because each game consisted of both teams holding the ball for 30 seconds. Dayton hasn't proven anything yet to say they can win it all. They beat the orange and that's it, Syracuse hit the skids hard late and didn't recover. They were 25-0 and lost 6 of last 9 to close season with only a couple tough teams in the nine games stretch. four were road games, three home, two neutral.
I like Dayton and will be rooting for them but they can't be in the win it all conversation yet.Comment -
Depends on which Stanford shows up, Ive seen two different teams this year, one that looks lost and one thats more assertive and aggressive. The Stanford that played Zona at home, good team, the Stanford that played UCLA on the road, bad team.Comment -

Cuse is still steaming from last weekend when he punched his ticket for this game hours before the actual tip. Obviously talent wise there are better teams than Dayton still in it however we thankfully still play the games. As someone said anything can happen. For Dayton it already has twice; same for Stanford since neither have been favored going into this one. Should be a good night of basketball.Comment
