Link to BetJM sign-up through SBR to get contest credits??

I've got a friend that wants to sign up for an account at BetJM, so I advised him to do so through SBR.

What is the best way for him to do that and get all the applicable 'credits' that he can use in the future for handicapping contests like Beat the Prick, etc?
