Morning guys. I got in an hour walk last night for exercise. Had to deal with some thugs, but didn't get shot or shoot anybody. One of these dayz. Feel much better in the mornings after the exercise. Soon to start AM and PM walks.

AM and PM yoga/meditation is great for the body and mind General. Look into it.

PS...I would like to jog, but I am not quite capable with back problems and surgery Dec 26th. The walking has proved to be real good for recovery though.
