so last summer, we threw some ideas out there to start up a reality show and have a gambling house, with 2-4 sbr posters.... I've recently bought some new properties, and here is one i think would be good for the young guys group.....

I'll cut ya a deal, 15% of your cash winnings each week as long as it is over 300 a week. if you don't hit 1200 for the month you make up the difference. I should have this thing ready a few weeks after your graduation... the neighborhood is rough, but there is some room to play down the street.

I get 900 for 2 bedrooms and 1200 for 3 bedrooms from section 8....

and I can get more for the non-section 8 apartments as they tend to be the higher end, nicer places....

you can buy a 2 flat that needs a gut-rehab for about 15-25,000 fix it up and rent it out for a few years and it will be worth 250-400k if/when chicago gets announced as the 2016 olympic city... this neighborhood is 8 blocks from where alot of the venues will be

in the meantime the adventures you get dodging bullets and getting pulled over by cops for suspecion of buying drugs in a 99.5% black neighborhood is priceless

true, but detroit has no prospects of being rebuilt in the inner city...

this neighborhood will be gentrified in 3 years and be the new hot spot for the young chicago crowd

2 blocks away... not a gamble.... the neighborhoods are already getting gentrified.....all the young people are moving here, and alot of suburban commuters are moving back to the city..its just a matter of if it happens in 3 years or 8 years, in the mean time I can get collect the rent and wait
