How long does Pinnacle usually take to grade a game?

it usually takes about an hour or so on a sunday night on certain events from my experiences.

If it is an UFC-type event where official results are posted until the whole card is finished, then you'd probably have to wait.

What? From regular American sports? Mine are typically graded within minutes.

Mine games are usually graded fairly quickly, few minute after outcome of game.

Mine usually get graded with in minutes of the game ending. Unless they do a upgrade around the time of a game ending, then it gets grade once they come back online.

Piny has only two weaknesses

1. slow grading-inexcusable
2. Time zones=west coast only

My plays have always been graded within minutes. In fact, sometimes I use Pinnacle as my "scoreboard" because they grade quicker than a final is posted on ESPN or Yahoo or CBS.

They just graded my Diamondbacks bet in about 20 seconds after the game was completed. Meanwhile, Canbet hasn't graded my Padres bet yet. LOL.

I had all my wagers on the Fiba world champs games graded with delays of many hours, on the early games which started 2300 PST up to 9 hours i think. The first time it happened i asked them, and with their second e-mail here's the response i got:

'...We apologize for the delay.

Please be advised that at the moment our grading department is closed. We suggest you check the grading of the wagers starting at 10.00 am (Eastern time)...'

Even was notified about the grading with a separate e-mail about the first one after i asked them, which was nice.

Everyone grades quick with the big sports, its the smaller ones that seperate the books.

The longest I have ever waited was like 15-20 minutes when I was betting tennis in a country even I couldn't pernounce

Since when did you start betting tennis?

Tennis matches never seem to be graded that fast for me from some of those smaller events from other countries. It usually takes longer than that from my experiences.

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I'm still waiting for Pinnacle to grade my bet on the Orioles/Padres game, which was decided almost 5 hours ago... This is the first time I've had a Pinny wager that wasn't graded within minutes of a game's outcome. I've sent an email to customer service to see what's going on.

Well, they promptly responded to my inquiry and graded my wager without delay. Very good service

Pinnacle customer service is great despite the fact that they have no live chat or phone number. They get back to you within an hour via e-mail.
