Always funny that his "back" is hurting when he shoots 3 or 4 over par. Funny his back felt fine yesterday. Plain and simple, he is still Tiger, but nothing close to what he used to be. I don't think he wins another major. Way to many good young golfers who only respect Tiger for his whore accomplishments.

Four weeks after Tiger won his last major, the PGA Tour instituted random drug testing. He hasn't won a major since. He has had a number of injuries and you could make the argument they are all related to PEDs or HGH. He withdrew last week with 5 holes to play to protect his world golf ranking. If you withdraw in an event the world rankings treat it like you didn't even play in the event. The networks continue to blow smoke up his ass even when he plays poorly and us not a factor in an event. They routinely show his round highlights before they show any of the leaders highlights. Tiger has been and always will be about Tiger. At some point the steroid use will cone out. His actions and behavior line up perfectly for a steroid user.

I think he definitely was doing some sort of roids back in the day, without roids you get injured more as we see more now in sports. He is too erratic and the fields are way too deep now and so many young guys coming up that are good.

Nicklaus had back problems early in his career, too. His answer was to lose weight and keep it off - which is the opposite of what Tiger did, which was bulk up.

Also, in his 30s Nicklaus refocused his career to revolve around majors - his appearances were made around them and lightened up his professional load, spent more time with family. Again, the opposite of what Tiger did.

Right now Tiger is slightly behind Jack's pace - and in 2008 his overtaking Nicklaus was practically a given.

I tend to root against Tiger because his fans don't know or care a thing about golf, though I should encourage you guys - because you idiots never stop betting him. (Tiger currently 2nd fave at Augusta)

If it wasn't for an ex-wife with a solid lawyer Tiger would be a billionaire. So there are high levels of interest, maybe not so much amongst the pikers that will comb Monday night NBA spreads in the deluded hope for an edge, but an established PGA interest is not in dispute.
