No Fazzer. I'm looking at the foreign real estate market right now. I'm interested in moving to a third world country and hammer the local books on weak lines. As you know you can chase steam in this way. I'm planning to hire some locals to temporarily "cut" the power at a book once I detect steam moves online. Then when the power is up again I walk into the book and pound hard the book's lines that where stale when the power was out. I will become a millionaire soon and retire.
