My four college plays are something I do somewhat often. When a team is a significant favorite ( 10+) and the total is low (under 128ish) it seems the office is begging you to take points and/or go over. Many times these numbers are just telling you that the dog can not score in this matchup. I sometimes on weekends will grab six or even eight of these plays for a unit across practically blind.
