i would guess a book charges at least 20 for a pt in 2h. never heard of a book doing that though. that would be much more difficult than a game bet, obviously

No never saw that outside of Pinnacle.

However, on certain big games, 5 Dimes does offer Alternate Lines/Totals on halves, which amounts to the same thing.
