i dont bet alsmot anything but dogs, especially home dogs

any nba team with a HOME WINNING PRCENTAGE at or above 70% (hawks, utah, lal, SAS) if you get them as a dog, and hawks are OFTEN dogs, bet it

i dont care aboutmuch in the nba but home road splits
in ncaa, nothing seems to matter as much as playing at home. home faves are fine, home dogs are the best
because even maryalnd can beat unc at home. even wake can beat duke at home. even providence can beat pitt at home

stop doing -110 bets, first of all
i dont do them, ever, period. if a big fave is way better, than take a big fave. never lay more than -300 though. dont buy points, its a waste
dont do teasers, you will not use the points in 2 of them, then have an outright loss in the third leg, always

do straight up bets only. take good solid home teams, or road dogs in the nba, rare road dogs in ncaa.

Well I'm on 5 Dimes, so -110 is rare, but happens.

I rarely will do teasers. I rarely do parlays, usually always straight bets.

I do WAY TOO MANY FAVORITES AND NEED TO LEARN TO BET MORE DOGS.

But even today, I bet a dog and lose by .5, I've had some bad beats in the last few days.

I just need to go home and relax, play some video games, not worry about school, and just enjoy being home.

first of all, there is only one way to win, line errors, thats it. nobody can pick games, maybe for a day or two, but not for long. so figure out what the line should be, and bet it. if you think lakers should be a pk and they are +110, bet them

I usually do predict the lines and that's how I bet

For example, using tonight's NBA games....

I said Spurs -1, but then the line went up, so I didn't take it.
Cavs -1, they were higher, so I didn't bet it.

If I said Cavs -6, I would bet it.

But, lately this hasn't been working for me

but sam, it goes both ways, if you think spurs -1 and it goes to -3, then you have an easy call, lakers+3

if you think cavs-6 and it goes to 4, you take cavs

your problem is you refuse to take dogs, even though they win cover just as much as favorites!!!

my theory which hasn't been working lately is to bet favorites....based on this

On any given day, favorites will cover....you just have to find them...so unless I like the favorite, I wouldn't bet the game, and if you look at my spreadsheet, all of it, probably 90% of my bets are UNDERS and FAVS...I feel under is the better always over OVER as well

you said you capped spurs at -1, which i kind of agree with. when the line went to +3, your choice became simple. you capped it at -1, so any movement outside of that number tells you who to bet. why didnt you do it?
