What happened to Kawasaki on the Blue Jays?

According to rotoworld he is not even listed a bench player for the Jays...

Last year he was pretty good when Jose Reyes went down

Also i see that Jeff Karstens , Barry Zito, Juan Pierre, and Stephen Drew are still unemployed...

any rumors on these guys?

Kawasaki re-signed on a minor league deal I think. Zito is taking a sabbatical
