You're welcome to reach my bosses and convince them that what OOL posts is spam and for me to ban them accordingly. If you'd like some contact info for those people, I will be glad to provide it to you.

But if it's just a case of you not agreeing with his point of view, then that is not spam and I refer you back to my post on how to put someone on ignore.

So if I go to a KKK website or a Neonazi website and copy and paste an article like OOL does without my own commentary all you have to do is put me on ignore list Willie, right?

A point that is probably relevant here: OOL seems popular. He has a currently running thread which is into its third page. People are reading and responding to him.

This is a forum that had jjgold as its first member and has used a foundation principle that posting something stupid generates more noise than something of quality. OOL is just carrying on the SBR tradition.

I personally would support a change from that direction but I sure wouldn't expect it at this point.
