Stricter education laws and guidelines, better nutrition laws and guidelines, higher taxes and lower taxes rate incentives for those who follow certain "Good Citizen" conduct codes set forth by the government. (Similar to paying less insurance monthly for being a good driver). Same goes with businesses.Comment -
