    Let the abs out to play for about 10 minutes today
    Weather has been unreal and I gave the ladies a break by doing a part of my run shirtless at the park. Unphuckenreal day here in Hamilton, boyz. Get out and enjoy it.

          BUzzy, here is my workout plan for the day:

          Lift weights
          2.5 miles on the bike
          1.5 miles on the tredmil
          -.75 miles walking at 3.4
          -.75 miles walking at 3.4 @ MAX incline (burns more cals and gets the heart going more then running)

          Diet: Im cooking a burger on the grill now (sorry I HAVE to have a bun with it)
          For dinner I was have some baked chicken and steamed carrots

              You can tell Iwin is single again. Only single guys eat like that.

                Good man, Iwin! Just skip the cheese and mayo on that burger. You can save a lot of time if you crossfit insetad of doing those marathon workouts. Check out crossfit.com and try to work up to the "workout of the day." You can kill yourself in 15-20 mins and ramp up your resting metabolic rate. I like to crossfit on "off days."
