It was sent in an email. I'm sure that I could negotiate a better "deal" with them over the phone the next time they call me, which should be sometime this weekend. LOL.

It pains me to walk away from offers like this because I know I could easily make thousands of dollars off it. My pain is soothed in knowing that at some point in time this method of raising capital is going unravel their operation.

I can't say that anything is different at Royal if they're still doing things like this.
