Try just a couple games that have value and win or lose don't push anything or chase. this way a bad night your only down a few and a good night your up a few.
Trying to capp a shit load of games is impossible be patient and look for plays that have value and scrap the rest.
And JJ forget hockey its the tougest sport to cap and while your cold forget teasers,pleasers and parlays.

JJ I noticed that some guys start the night with a couple of solid plays,but as the night goes on they start trying to cap every game as one ends. If the game was passed at 4 in the afternoon why would you bet it at 9 at night. theres always tomorrow. One way of teaching yourself this stradegy is place the bets and look at the scores in the morning. So on a night that everyone gets killed your what 0-2. sure it takes longer to build the bankroll but it beats going to western union every couple of days,

double up and catch up. bet on one of the 2 espn games at 7. if it wins bet half on one of the 9pm games and you're a winner for the night. if the first game loses then double up on the 9pm game.
