      Thank god we got Kurt back. I was gonna be sooo pissed off at the bidwells for letting him go. They've let great players go before, but this would have been the last straw. Now we just need a RB because JJ left and Edge asked for his release. Hightower is the only guy left and he'll be screwed as a fulltime back.

        Who knows how good Kurt will be in 6 months. Leinart could be the starter by the middle of this year.

          After giving Warner all that money, he's going to have to be in the hospital not to be starting.

          IMHO, the Cards caved. The 49ers weren't serious, Warner was just playing them. Besides, the Cards are going to have to do the youth movement with Leinhart eventually anyway. This was a great opportunity or at least get Warner for closer to market rate. I guess I wouldn't make a very generous boss.
