i have never in my life seen anything like this streak.. and i've seen alot of gamblers in my life.. i have come to one conclusion.. i love the kid and all.. however..

and yes, poster jinxes do exist. no names, but when i have my habs bet at night going, i usually feel good, that is until some posters come in and say, nicky, i am on the habs with you and then i say.. oh oh, i am in deep trouble, and i usually lose. you dont want some posters on same side as you.. some posters, you just want them to stay away from your bets. next time a specific poster or two tell me they are on habs also, i am laying off..these guys are bad news..

the worse thing you can ever do is write a win on a game on your sheet when it's not over yet. i've done this many times and i've lost.. i can't tell you how many baseball games in the last year that i had a 8-1 lead in the 7th inning and i wrote the game as a win, then i see 8-4, 8-6, 9-8 final loss.. maybe 25 times in the last few yrs alone have i lost a game similar to this, and then i have to scatch off a + and change it to a -.. man does that hurt. it turns my winning day into a losing day..

I don't think that I'm jinxed by any poster, but my wife has the nack of jinxing me so bad, that I will automatically cover my position and go the other way whether it be in a sporting event or the market when she mentions a side that she likes after I went the other way.

i thought this was about posters only.. but now that we can talk about jinxes in general.. i swear, in all my life, i have never seen a bigger jinx than my GF.. she lives with me, and i watch my games in the living room. i swear, every fukkin time she comes to the LR, i say, noooooooooooooooooo noooooooooooooooo... get out of here, leave leave.. each time she comes to see me, i swear, the other team scores a goal.

i have banned her from coming to see me from 7pm till the next morning.. she is soooo fukkin bad luck, it's not funny. i swear, every fukkin time she comes in the room, bam, the other team scores, or an INT, or a 3 pointer to lose the game.. what a fukkin jinx she is.. last month i threw her across the room and she landed on her knee. she twisted her knee and i felt very bad. but i refused to take her to the ER cause there was a doubleheader hockey on TSN, and i didn't want to miss the game. she's ok now..

she has cost so much money betting.. boys, women and gambling don't mix. they are fukkin bad luck. they are a jinx. If i ever see her again in the LR, i swear i will toss her again across the room. she don't come in anymore cause she knows better now..

Dacviet has to be the biggest jinx I've seen since joining months ago. I have seen on many occassions he post a lock and brag when the team is up double digits, only to see them go down in flames in the last seconds. Its not the jinx that's so bad it's the bad beats he takes. It's rather comical.
