Terrible story. I remember hearing about the trade when it happened. People are vicious at minor league games. Saw first hand as my brother played 6 years of minor league baseball. Sad story in the end, but at the same time we all have demons and using that for the excuse to go back to drugs, alcohol, whatever, just a way to avoid accepting your own responsibility. I'm sure some lawyers are lining up to fill their own pockets on the story. Let's see, if he was only worth 10 bats alive, could they sue for more than two bats now that he's dead?Comment
