I was sitting in a Mcdonalds drive thru the other day when this thought hit me like a load of big macs

It's a loop hole that allows you to never lose money when gambling

All you have to do is make a 3-teamer

Bet the spread on the dog and take the ML on the favorite in addition to the parlay. Also it seems to make sense to also take the dog ML. So you end up with Fav and Dog ML, 3-team parlay and dog spread.

You never lose. Probably get booted quick doing this so start small

I think the computer software is good enough at most books to not allow arbitrage situations in the scenarios you describe. Otherwise, everyone would be on it. The only time I've seen arbitrage is when the lines rapidly move and you got in on it early. Sometimes the differences between the starting line and ending line can represent arbitrage opportunities
